Douglas CooperDouglas is a retired Civil Service employee of the U.S. Army who spent 28 years after receiving his Bachelor?s in studio art and theatre using his creative talents as an arts & crafts instructor and a graphic designer, first as a soldier and then as a civilian for the military community. His theatre experience spans over 40 years as a scenery designer, artist, director and producer. Doug has over twenty years active service with the Nashoba Players and its previous namesakes; having served on the board of directors as President, and Artistic Director, and many other volunteer positions. He is a founding member and active board director of EMACT, having served it in various capacities. Since his retirement 7 years ago he has been part of the creative teams of over 60 high school, university and community theatre productions. He resides in Acton, MA with his son, Jesse.
